You should watch my movie and review it so I know what you think.
A man deals with the loss of his father, son and the woman he loves all at once and has to find the will to move on.
Inspired by the award winning short film "Leave Me".
Enjoy!

Tweet Radio Makes a Good Soundboard for a Karaoke Bar!
Here are my links for the week and possible topics for the next Radioaffliction!
Quote of the Week: From Fox Sports announcer Thom Brennaman from his old colleague Harry Caray regarding the Brett Favre/Green Bay Packers divorce.
"There are three sides to every story. Your side, my side, and the truth!"
For more stay tuned or follow me on Twitter!
- Tweetradio: Have you heard the bird? Speaks out twitter posts(tweets). Needs a little work on translations, but that's what kind of makes it fun. Plus it sounds like an old radio and since this is The Radioaffliction. We love it.
- Google Dashboard: Yes Google knows a lot about you and while some people are freaked out about that, others(like me) give it freely. With Dashboard you are at least given the illusion that you have some sort of control over what information Google has about you.
- Free Soundboard!: With this fun site you can play one sound at a time or play different sounds at the same time. You can challenge your moral compass on some of them together or you can actually make some useful sound effects.
- Gong!: Ever wanted to Gong someone or something or just needed to release some energy. Well now with the Free Gong button you can Get it ON!
- Create Karaoke: Interesting Wikihow post about how to take an .mp3 file and take out the vocals to make a Karaoke track. It does involve using Audacity which has made me cry sometimes, but if you follow the instructions you can use this to enhance your next party!

Set Bobby Bowden Free!
Here is a comment I posted on Kody's Sports Korner!, and his feeling that people are overreacting to calls for Head Coach Bobby Bowden to end his long coaching career because he deserves to coach for as long as he wants(regardless for what it is doing to the team) for what he has done for the program.
Have a great day!
Update 12/1/09: According to sources Bobby Bowden is expected to announce his retirement.
From Star Trek:"The needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few or the one!"
Yes Bobby Bowden saved Florida State football, but that was a very long time ago.
You can't move on to the future or live in the present if you keep holding on to the past.
Looking at the Georgia Tech loss the other night and his interview at the end of the game, he looked totally lost.
Yes in Utopia it would be great if you we could decide for ourselves everything we wish to do or don't whenever we want.
However and fortunately we are not always the best analyst for our decisions.
We are programmed to think that getting fired or dismissed from a program or project is a bad thing, when it can be a realization that we can be whatever or where ever we want to be and that there is more to life than any one thing or place.
Florida State will live on, and I fear Mr. Bowden will go the way of Bear Bryant and won't last long after he would retire. Set him free, and enjoy what you have.
Have a great day!

Happy Columbus Day!
Welcome to the worst Holiday ever invented!
To give people a day off to honor a discovery of occupied land, and spread disease over the area, while most of his crew were slaughtered by the natives, not to mention the fact the Vikings(and others who weren't narrow thinking) had already made the voyage!
Enjoy your day off!

Not Everything Needs to be Bigger in Texas!
I actually admit that I was quite impressed with The Dallas Cowboys new stadium in Arlington, Texas while watching a preseason game against the Tennessee Titans on Fox Sports the other night.
The stadium is huge. I mean really, really big. Something that you would expect from a big State and an owner with a huge ego.
The stadium has something for everyone including the corporate fan, casual fans, and fans that just want to be at the stadium and be a part of it.
There is one flaw. One HUGE, BIG, MASSIVE FLAW!
Hanging from the roof which looks slightly familiar from the old stadium is a HD Scoreboard measuring 160 feet wide and 72 feet tall! It's really big, huge!
In fact it's too huge, too distracting, and it's becoming part the game itself as described in this article from Engadget.
If you are spending huge money(and you will be to go there unless you go to the "party" deck on each end zone) to go to a game, you want to be able to watch the game and not be distracted by a huge television. I have a HD TV at home and that was a one time cost(that my girlfriend paid for) that is spread out over a number of years over thousands of ball games, rather than spending a ton of money for tickets, parking, food and having to sit with Cowboys fans to basically watch HD TV for one game. I know there is a game on the field, but you can't help but watch the screen, even on TV!
I know they won't take it down, there is talk they may raise it. But the point is once again. Bigger is not always better and should not overtake the action on the field. Other than that the stadium looks great, I wish the Cowboys well in their new home(not really), I just wish they would wear their Blue uniforms at home like 90% of NFL teams do!

Radioaffliction Classics: Match Game 1990
Way back in the archives to dig up the final episode of Peter and Peck Old Time Radio from 1990.
Click here to listen or right click it to download.
First we have a brief version of KSFO/KYA's Noah Griffin show, where we meet a worn out sex doctor, then we follow him as a panelist on Match Game 1990.
My extreme thanks to Darren Peck and Steve Zavattero for helping develop my creative side when I was really young, for taking my direction and for putting up with me when I couldn't stop laughing.
Enjoy!
